2. Reading and confirmation of the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting
3. To consider and if approved, adopt the Audited statement of Financial Position and Accounts of the Club for the year ended 31st December 2017 together with the Chairman’s Report, the Treasurer’s Report and the Auditor’s Report thereon.
