AFC Leopards have completed the signing of midfielder Timonah Wanyonyi from Gor Mahia. The 19-year Old becomes Ingwe’s second signing after the club acquired the services of Humphrey Mieno earlier in the month.
The attacking midfielder is a product of the Aspire Academy in Qatar. Wanyonyi has already linked up with the team at the KTTC training grounds in Gigiri.
He is expected to help Ingwe charge for the Kenyan Premier League title and the Gotv Shield Cup.
Meanwhile headcoach Pieter Hendrick de Jongh is expected in the country today. The guffer has been in Holland attending to his sick dad. He is expected to link up with the team as they prepare to face Western Stima in a Kenyan Premier League match scheduled for 2,July 2014.
