AFC Leopards will on this Sunday 5th August host Mathare United in round of 25 Sportpesa Premier League clash at the Kenyatta Stadium in Machakos.
Leopards who currently sit fourth on the KPL log will be hoping to do a double over the Francis Kimanzi coached side, ingwe were run away winners when the two sides last clashed in the first leg with a 4-3 win.Leopards will be hunting for three points which will propel them to second place depending on the results of rivals Sofapaka and Coastal side, Bandari who currently occupy second and third place respectively.
 
Coach Rodolfo Zapata is expected to field a strong line up in the important fixture though he might miss a few faces, Orotomal missed Leopards’ last two games after he was diagnosed with typhoid while Nabwire has hauled off during last weekend’s KPL match against Vihiga United with suspected concussion. Leopards will however be without defenders Robinson Kamura and Isaac Oduro who are both injured. 
 
“Kamura is still out, he has not recovered. Isaac Oduro is out with an ankle problem he picked in training. Orotomal has recovered from sickness, he has trained well all week and is available for the match. Marvin too is available, his was a minor problem, he got elbowed against Vihiga and we opted to take caution by taking him off, he’s okay and he will definitely play against Mathare, “team manager Gilbert Selebwa disclosed. 
The match kicks off at 3pm
