The AFC Leopards SC National Executive Committee would like to express, on behalf of the club, its sincere gratitude to the dignitaries, members and fans for their selfless contribution in the historic fundraiser hosted on Thursday.
Thank you for contributing to the club’s kitty. Because of your generosity, we shall be able to avert the looming sanctions from FIFA. The funds raised will go a long way in helping us meet our financial obligations and commitments for the new season.
The total amount raised in the fundraiser was Ksh 8,068,400.00. The breakdown was as follows:
- Cash: Ksh 5,201,500.00
- Cheques: Ksh 2, 229, 466.00
- Mpesa: 444,400-00
- Paybill: 193,034.00
The club would also like His Excellency Hon Uhuru Kenyatta for his continued and selfless support for the club. We would also like to thank Hon Musalia Mudavadi, an avid fan and a steadfast ally of the club, for his generous support. We also thank H.E The Rt. Hon Raila Odinga for his contribution.
