The club is pleased to announce the appointment of Andre Cassa Mbungo as the head coach. He takes over from Marko Vasilejevic who we’ve mutually parted ways with.

Cassa Mbungo won Rwanda Cup (Peace Cup) with AS Kigali in 2013 before taking the Citizens to the third round of the Caf Confederation Cup for the first time.
He repeated the same feat in his second stint with Police FC, winning the Peace Cup in 2014.
Cassa Mbungo is also a FIFA international physical trainer and is the only Rwandan coach to have won a silverware without coaching Rayon Sports and APR FC.
