NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
NOTICE is hereby given that this year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) of AFC Leopards Sports Club will be held on Sunday, 27 June 2021, at 10.00 am to transact the following business.
Ordinary Business:
1. To read the notice convening the meeting.
2. To consider and adopt minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 20th June 2020.
3. To receive, consider and adopt the Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2020 and the Auditor’ report thereon.
4. To appoint the Independent Auditors of the Club for the year ending 31 December 2021.
5. To transact any other business of which due notice has been received.
