Annual registration of Members and Official Supporters Branches of the Club for the Year 2026 is now open as required by the Constitution of the Club.
The following guidelines passed by the National Executive Committee (NEC) as per the Constitution and Branch By-Laws of the Club shall apply: –

INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL OR REGISTRATION

  1. There shall be 5 categories of club membership namely :
    1 Honorary
    2 Platinum
    3 Gold
    4 Silver
    5 Bronze
  1. All payments to the Club as above shall be through the Club’s Bank Account or Safaricom PayBill Number whose details appear below. Members are required to submit their deposit slips as proof of payment to the Offices of the Club.
  2. Existing Annual Members who do not renew their membership by payment of the Annual Subscriptions shall by notice on the Club Website be struck off from the Membership Register on or as soon after 31st March 2026. Such members and new members may nonetheless apply to be included in the Membership Register in the year.

OFFICIAL SUPPORTERS’ BRANCH RENEWAL OR REGISTRATION

  1. Each Existing Branch shall submit a duly completed Renewal Form together with Branch renewal fees of Ksh. 10,000 whilst New Branches shall complete the Application Form and pay the fee of Kshs. 10,000.
  2. Each Branch shall have a minimum of 70 registered members duly paid up for the year 2026 and whose details shall be contained in the Affidavit filed by the Secretary General of the Branch Executive Committee accompanying the Renewal or Application Form.
  3. Each Existing Branch shall file the Notices for and Minutes of Last Annual General Meeting together with the annual report of the Branch.
  4. Each Existing Branch shall submit its Annual Financial Report duly signed by two officials of the branch one of whom shall be the Treasurer of the Branch Executive Committee.
  5. Each Existing Branch shall provide a detailed report on all activities carried out during the last year.
  6. Each New Branch shall submit its Constitution to the club secretariat.
  7. Each New branch shall demonstrate that at least Sixty percent (60%) of its members are individuals who have not been registered in another branch in the preceding year.
