Victor Ouma Otieno hails from Siaya County where he was born on 14^th September 2004. He was raised in Nairobi’s Ziwani estate and went to school at Jamhuri High School. It’s from Kenya Secondary Schools Sports Association games that Victor was scouted and joined AFC Leopards Youth team . He played for the team in the Nairobi Regional League and was a frequent scorer. He was later promoted to the senior team though his debut took long.

He was later handed his debut on 3^rd November  in an FKF PL match against Muhoroni Youth FC at Moi International Sports Centre, Kasarani.

Victor has also featured for the Kenya Under-17 national team.
