Maxwell Odongo Otieno. The Kenyatta University student was born on 19^th November1999 in Pumwani, Nairobi County. His football journey can be traced back to Umoja 2 with a team called USA. He later joined Busara Primary in Nairobi and later Orero High School in Homabay County. He joined Kenyatta University for a Bachelors in Science, Food Nutrition and Dietetics course. As a student Maxwell regularly featured for the University’s football side-they are the current Kenya University Sports Association football champions. Maxwell won the championship in 2018,2019 and 2020. He also played in the World University games in China.

Maxwell also played for Umoja Rhinos before joining AFC Leopards Youth. He was the top scorer in the Nairobi Regional League with 23 goals. He was then promoted to the senior team and made his debut against Tusker FC at Thika Sub County Stadium.
