
Born in Ruiru Nairobi, the 21-year-old defender started his football journey at MASA (Makongeni Sports Association) and went to Joseph Apudo Primary School .
His football journey blossomed at high school football powerhouse – Kakamega School, where he joined for his high school studies. He turned up for the famous Green Commandos both in high school games and in the FKF Division 1 Zone B. He won the Kenya Secondary Schools Sports Association with Kakamega High School.
Straight from high school, Alushula joined Kariobangi Sharks on 20th October 2020, where he began his Football Kenya Premier League career, making his debut against Kakamega Homeboys in 2020. He managed to score 3 goals and 10 assists in the 4 years he has been with the Kariobangi-based side.
He has also played for the Kenya U-23 national team.Alushula joins his former Kariobangi Sharks teammate, Julius Masaba, whom he says that having played together has made him settle easily and fast in the team.
