Emmanuel Lwangu joined us in 2022 from Kakamega High School’s Green Commandos. He did not feature in his first season as the club was serving a transfer ban. He made his debut in 2023 : played 10 matches, featured for 615 minutes: scoring one goal . The talented 21-year-old defender has signed a 2-year contract with the club.
Lwangu talks about his 2 years stay at the den , “It has been a privilege playing for this team for the last two years and being a rookie, I have really learned a lot from the senior and experienced players in the team on and off the pitch . I’m thrilled to have renewed my contract. It is an incredible opportunity for me. I am grateful for the trust that the club has shown in me. It is a great honor.
“I am motivated by having this opportunity to learn and grow in my career. Being part of this team allows me to challenge myself and improve my skills.”
Emmanuel says that he is fully focused and working hard to get more playing time . I am hopeful that with the help of our able technical bench and teammates, we will grab some titles at the end of the season .
