AFC Leopards  will face Bandari FC this Sunday at Dandora Stadium in our 14th fixture of the season.  Our last encounter  at home against the Mombasa-based side ended  1-0 in our favor, Captain Cliff Miheso, scoring the all-important goal.

From the team doctor’s desk, we have an update on our players with injuries and their expected return dates :

Beja Hassan has a medial meniscus tear on his left  knee, which sustained while representing the country in the AFCON U20 CECAFA Qualifiers tournament in Tanzania. He is scheduled for a  surgical procedure to repair the torn meniscus.

Katasi Humphrey  injured his groin in our FKF-PL  match against  Sofapaka FC.  He is expected to be back in action after 2 weeks.

Maker Peter has sustained a chronic left groin injury while he was on national duty. He has been undergoing treatment for 2 months but has resumed training with the rest of the squad.

Mahiga Vincent dislocated his right foot toe, which has kept him out of action for the last 4 weeks. He is  scheduled for another review.

Maxwell Otieno has a right hamstring tear that  kept him out of action for 6 weeks . He has resumed training with the rest of the squad.

Kayci Odhiambo sustained a left thigh strain, which had kept  him out of action for the last 4 weeks.

Yakhama Brian also sustained a right  hamstring strain. He has been out 5 weeks, but he is back on the pitch training.

Boniface Munyendo also sustained a right-hand wrist swelling/pain after an impacted fall in our last match against Sofapaka FC .He is undergoing treatment and is expected back in 1-2 weeks.

We wish the injured  players a quick recovery.

Meanwhile,  tickets for our FKF-PL match against Bandari FC will be sold at the match venue on Sunday.  Terrace tickets will be going for 300/= while VIP tickets are 500/=.
