NOTICE AND AGENDA OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with Article 10.2 of the Club constitution, this year’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday 30th June 2024 at  Kasarani Auditorium Indoor Arena, at 09.00 am to transact the following business:

Ordinary Business

  1. To read the notice convening the meeting, and to confirm the presence of a quorum.
  2. To confirm minutes of the 2023 Annual General Meeting.
  3. To receive the chairman’s report.
  4. To receive, consider and adopt the Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2023 and the Auditor’s report thereon.
  5. To appoint the Independent Auditors of the Club for the year ending 31 December 2024
  6. To transact any other business of an Annual General Meeting of which due notice has been received.
