AFC Leopards is happy to announce the signing of Ugandan international forward Samuel Ssenyonjo on a 2-year contract who joins us from Ugandan Premier League side Express FC having had a stellar performance that saw him finish fourth on the top scorer’s chat scoring 12 goals. The forward has also been capped 10 times in the national team. He previously featured for KCCA FC, Wakiso Giants and Bright Stars.
“I am happy to join AFC Leopards. It is one of the biggest clubs in the region which is one of the main factors that attracted me to pen a contract with them. Last season I played against them in a preseason match in Uganda and I feel great that I now part of the team.”
Ssenyonjo joins his compatriot, James Ssetuba at the den and he is happy that he will help him settle in fast at the club with the help of his other friendly teammates.
The Ugandan international is eager to learn new things and improve his game understanding. He is looking forward to scoring many goals and win matches at AFC Leopards.
