NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of AFC Leopards Sports Club for the Financial Year Ending 31st December 2023, (which had been Convened on 30th June 2024 and was adjourned due to lack of quorum as per article 10.5 of the Constitution) will be held on Sunday 14th July 2024 at Nyayo National Stadium Handball Court, at 10:00 am. The meeting will be both Physical and Virtual (The online link will be provided) to transact the following business:
Ordinary Business
- To read the notice convening the meeting.
- To confirm minutes of the 2023 Annual General Meeting.
- To receive the chairman’s report.
- To receive, consider and adopt the Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2023 and the Auditor’s report thereon.
- To appoint the Independent Auditors of the Club for the year ending 31 December 2024
- Any other business.
