Luke Wafula Namanda was born in West Kabras, Kakamega County on 20^th September,1993.He went to Mayuge Primary school in Kabras and Ingotse High school in Kakamega Where he finished the 1^st  runners up Copa Coca-Cola. He started his football journey at  West Kenya Sugar FC, then moved to Elburgon  where he shortly played for Timsales FC before joining Bukembe based Nzoia  Sugar FC .He then signed for Kakamega Homeboys in 2017 for one and a half years. In 2019, he joined Tusker FC  for 2 seasons  where he won FKF-PL in 2020. In 2021 moved to  Musanze FC  for two seasons and finally joined AFC Leopards in 2023.
