The hard tackling and tall Randy Bakari was born in Lurambi, Kakamega County on 8^th August 1997. He grew up in in the vast Awasi sugarcane plantations where he started playing football as a young boy at the defunct Chemilil Sugar FC youth team. He later joined football powerhouse Kakamega School where he turned up for the famous Green Commandos team but later transferred to Chemase High School in Nandi Hills.

He was promoted to the Chemilil Sugar FC senior team where he started his league career. He has played for Bidco United and Nzoia Sugar before switching to AFC Leopards on 2^nd July 2024 on a two-year contract.
