AFC Leopards Youth team was on Sunday awarded their match against Ligi Ndogo after the match referee called off the match midway due to lack of security at Posta grounds, Ngong Road.
The scores at halftime were still goalless when the centre referee brought to the attention of the host team that there was no security at the venue. Football Kenya Federation regulation stipulates that home teams provide security for the matches failure to which their forfeit the match to the visitors.
This was Cubs’ first match in the Nairobi West County League match this year. The boys will take on KFS FC at KFS Grounds on January 28, 2019.
The team is coached by Martin Aganda.
