Notice is hereby given to the registered members of AFC Leopards SC that pursuant to Section 8 (2) of the constitution, the annual general meeting of the club will be held on Sunday, 25th June 2017 at Ufungamano house from 10:00am to transact the following business;
1. Confirmation of minutes of the previous AGM
2. Consideration of the books of accounts
3. Appointment of auditor
4. Consideration of amendments to the constitution to comply with the sports act
5. Any other business with approval of the Chairman
